Begin to plan reception online

Confirm delivery of bridal gown
Make an appointment for engagement photo(s)
Order wedding cake
Arrange transportation
Go over details of the reception with the caterer and event manager
If you are renting any equipment, reserve now
2 Months Before the Big Day
Inform officiant of all the details of your ceremony
Keep a gift diary to help send thank you notes as gifts arrive
Fine-tune your guest list
Plan rehearsal dinner
Select Bride/Groom, Bridal Party, and Guest gifts
Touch base with all professional services
Final gown fitting

Go over final details of the ceremony and reception with all parties involved

Have manicure and pedicures done
Give ushers guest lists and seating information
Attend wedding rehearsal and dinner

Hair and make-up
Prepare a change of clothes if leaving for honeymoon
